VACATION RENTALS IN NORTH EAST FLORIDA

Was in Orange Park to visit family for the holidays. Great 10 day stay, nice neighborhood/very quiet. Bedrooms, kitchen/living areas comfortable. Host very responsive. Pool/backyard area was nice, only drawback is the pool is not heated (my fault for not asking) so at the end of Dec. it’s pretty chilly. But will have to say the pool was not the reason I was in the Orange Park area. Plenty of outdoor adventures, shopping & dining in the area. Would stay again!

We really enjoyed staying here for a family getaway. The house was so pretty and interesting back story. The kids loved it. Its very close to downtown and all the things you wanna do. Beds were comfy, and the house was cozy and perfect for a Christmas stay! The 2nd bathroom is very small, so with 5 adults and a 12 year old it was a little challenging, but we made it work. All in all it was a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely stay again.

My husband, son, mother, and I stayed at this comfortable and clean home for a week in December while we visited family for the holidays.

We especially appreciated the convenient location to the downtown and old town areas. There were so many different restaurants and small shopping areas very close to the house. Several nice parks were nearby, as well; our son loves riding his bike.

The space was comfortable and the appliances worked well. I would strongly recommend this location for anyone looking for a convenient spot in Jacksonville and wanting the amenities of home while away. This will be on our list for future stays in JAX!

Everything was really perfect for my sister and I . She had surgery at Mayo clinic and the location and the home was exactly what we needed.

Super clean. Accurate description and pictures. Be aware that you can hear the train occasionally and the people next door. Close to restaurants, gas station, hospital and small parks.

My company stayed in this home for an out of town job. The home met our expectations and was a comfortable stay for everyone.

The location was great for Nights of Lights, St. Augustine Beach – Ocean Hammock Walkway is a great access point! – and also Vilano Beach. This is a vintage home with an updated kitchen and very comfy beds. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend!

This house is quite convenient to my cousin’s place, whom we visit every December. If you’re looking for a spacious house in the Riverside/Avondale area of Jacksonville that is quiet, comfortable, and will easily accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms, this is a great choice.

The accommodation was very clean and modern. The host was responsive, warm, and friendly. We recommend this location for anyone who wants a peaceful, calm, and clean stay while in South Jacksonville.

the home was beautiful and had a lot of history for a 100-year-old home. all hardwood inside and hardwood beams in the ceiling. beautiful dining area and large kitchen. fenced in yard for our little dog. neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. the house Hunter show was filming for an entire day across the street so you know the neighborhood was fantastic.

I enjoyed the beautifully furnished house and the private location.
