VACATION RENTALS IN NORTH EAST FLORIDA

The house was great for what we needed. Plenty of space for my family and in-laws. The pool was nice to have and my kids enjoyed swimming. The furniture in the house was quite uncomfortable and made relaxing inside difficult. The kitchen wasn’t as well stocked and had some missing high use items, however the owner was responsive to suggestions. I think over time this rental could be great with some adjustments.

We had such a great stay! I feel like the house is even cuter and a bit more spacious than the photos indicate. We love traveling with our pups too and they loved the fenced backyard. The location is great too! Walkable to restaurants in the neighborhood, and also easy to get to the downtown area. Thanks Innvara!

Despite Innvara and team kind for the most part and responsive, I would not stay again. Upon arrival, most of the greenery and landscaping needs some TLC and is uninviting. Leaves everywhere, dead shrubs etc., same for the backyard with dead greenery, wasp nest, dirty pool toys and just not a tidy space like photographed. My family and I didn’t feel very comfortable sitting on the couch and kitchen furniture due to all the stains. My mother almost fell when grabbing the master bathroom shower door as it clearly needs to be repaired as its wobbling. We ran into an issue with the hot water and were told “no other guest have mentioned it” which didnt help. We also had to play fix the ice maker which we ere unsuccessful doing, and wish there was more than 1 TV in a 3 bedroom home.

The host was sweet and very accommodating for a last min reservation after my original host at another rental cancelled last min while I was in town for a funeral .

My new host not only worked swiftly with the Airbnb rep to get me in with them and accepted my reservation at such a short notice but they were very fast in responding to me as well which made my experience go a lot smoother than the other inconsiderate host I previously had and for this I will forever book with them because my experience with them was so pleasant and not to mention very clean and as described. They were very caring 🥹I can’t thank them enough for what they did for me and my family in our time of need.

I will always book with them 1st! So far this host is my favorite! Thank you for caring and being dry professional and more importantly prompt with me.

The place is fine for the value. Biggest downside is that you can very clearly hear the people on the other side of the door/wall. Wifi works for streaming, but not recommended for remote work. Bed was comfortable and shower pressure was great. Overall it was fine.

The home was beautiful minus a few things. We did experience a problem with the pool that was remedied by the team quickly. We enjoyed the spacious layout and all the extra throws on the couches. We did notice minor flaws in woodwork, some appliances and door fixtures but overall we had a nice stay.

This place was amazing!! So peaceful! I can’t wait to go back! The kids enjoyed the ponds and the pool. We loved it!

Beautiful home with beautiful views! The deck out to the river was so private and wonderful. We brought our kayaks with hopes of catching fish but fishing here is not ideal, so if you’re coming to fish this is not the place. The side creek was beautiful but difficult to get through due to the big tree down but once you figure out how to pass it kayaking the creek was breathtaking. The host was very quick to reply and was very nice and helpful. Only problem we had was the grills were unusable due to being completely full of used charcoal and ashes. One grill didn’t even have the grate to it. All in all we had a good time at this beautiful home.

We loved staying here! Everything was clean, cozy and well taken care of. It was close to downtown and San Marco town center. We loved our stay and their communication was fantastic

My family stayed an entire week at the Boulder Street property. The house was beautiful, extremely spacious, well laid out design, and looked exactly liked pictures provided. I thought the price was very reasonable and I compared to several others in Jacksonville before selecting this one. It was the perfect quiet place for my family. I loved the fenced in yard, I felt safe, and the beds were comfortable! When rating a house, the question I ask myself is- Would I live there?- my answer would be yes. It was a lovely home. I drive a Yukon XL and the parking was fine, but if you’re hauling a trailer, it would be a very tight turn. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was disappointing & didn’t match the listing/photos. We arrived to a very hot home (set to 75°F on a 90° day), which took hours to cool, making the first night uncomfortable for me and my toddler. Cleanliness was an issue- dirty dishes were put away, food was found on the floor, there was a stain on the couch & we found antifungal cream left in a kitchen drawer. I ended up vacuuming shortly after arrival. There were also maintenance concerns: a clogged tub, non-working TVs & a backyard fence with a broken lock & a section partially down. The “fully fenced backyard” & outdoor furniture were misrepresented (worn, damaged & unusable). The “daybed” room was actually a queen bed, which disrupted our plans. We were also woken at 7:30am by lawn mowing, which should have been done before arrival. I do appreciate the responsiveness:provided oven mitts, towels, silverware, glasses & drain cleaner when issues were brought up. However, the home needs better cleaning & more accurate photos

The place was wonderful. We loved the peaceful surroundings. It was very private but you had everything you needed minutes around you.We look to staying there in the future.

This place was perfect for me and my family for my kids break this was the first time I’ve stayed at an air bnb and everything I needed was there! Dishes, extra towels, throw blankets, a grill, dish essentials, pots and pans that are actually useful. Beds were clean and comfy all of the spaces in the home are functional and multi use I loved that. Nice kitchen table to seat us all. Accts already set on the tv, etc, I couldn’t have found us a better place. I’d stay here again for sure.

Outstanding hosts. Historic home. Fenced yard was hassle free for the dog. Extremely quiet neighborhood. We shall return.
